I would like to share my recent dish that I cooked. (lunch and dinner)

最近作った料理をシェアしたいと思います。(昼ご飯・晩ご飯)

Recently, I’ve been seeing a lot of Taiwanese, Chinese and Vietnamese food on my SNS so I decided to make one for my lunch and dinner.

最近、SNSで台湾と中国とベトナム料理をよく見かけるので、昼ご飯と晩ご飯に作ってみることにしました。

This is called “Hainanese Chicken Rice” originated in Singapore and South East Asian Country.

これはシンガポールや東南アジアの国で生まれた「海南チキンライス」と呼ばれています。

This is “Honey Garlic Salmon” normally this recipe is made for chicken but I recreate this with Salmon.

これは「ハニーガーリックサーモン」です。通常この料理は鶏肉用に作られていますが、私はサーモンで再現しました。

This is “Carbonara Pasta”

これはカルボナーラパスタです。
